Splitsville Luxury Lanes brings family-friendly fun to Resort Guests and locals alike at the recently re-branded Disney Springs shopping and entertainment district of Walt Disney World Resort. Located on the property’s West Side, near La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil and the AMC Movies at Disney Springs 24 theater, Splitsville gives visitors a place to unwind from a busy day at the Parks or to make even more memories with family and friends.
The bright interior is colorful and a bit retro, combining bits of the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s into a modern hotspot. The two-story building features 30 state-of-the-art bowling lanes both upstairs and down, that may be reserved with or without a dining option. Tables are interspersed throughout for those wanting simply to enjoy a great meal (like the sushi shown in our recent Wordless Wednesday) in the festive atmosphere, and bars on both levels allow adults to hang out with pals.
Live musical performances take place daily on the patio, as well on an indoor stage at select times. Sports fans can keep up with the latest scores, by keeping an eye on the numerous televisions and by joining the fun during special events, like their NFL Game Days.

My Kids Adventures has a great tutorial for not only making a bowling set, but also for kicking it up a notch (plussing it, as Walt Disney would say) by making the pins glow-in-the-dark!
You will need 6 water bottles–10 if you’d like to make it more similar to an official game–and as many glow sticks as you have bottles.
